Vance has spent the last 18 years of his professional career in the healthcare and senior living industry. He is an operational specialist. He is passionate about guiding and leading other healthcare professionals to provide quality care to the residents they serve and develop a successful work culture to the employees they lead. He holds a Master’s degree from Weber State University in Health Care Administration.

Vance has been an Executive Director of multiple companies and is currently the Director of Operations for Wasatch Senior Living. Prior to his role in executive director positions, he spent over 12 years in healthcare marketing and sales. He is currently a board member for the Utah Assisted Living Association and Weber State University’s Healthcare Advisory Board. He also spends some of his time teaching New Executive Director courses.

Outside of work, Vance enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have 16 year old twin boys. They enjoy mountain biking, hiking, backpacking and the outdoors. Vance also enjoys playing sports, especially basketball and golf. Vance served a two year service mission to Bogota, Colombia and also participated in a healthcare study abroad to Sweden and Finland.
